ŌVOX Late Payment & Account Policy
At ŌVOX, we know life can get busy—and sometimes payments slip through the cracks. Our goal is always to communicate clearly and support our members so we can keep your fitness journey on track. Below is a simple, friendly overview of how late payments and membership obligations are handled.
Late Payments
If a membership payment becomes more than 10 days past due, a $59 monthly late fee will be applied. This fee helps us maintain accurate billing and keep your account in good standing.
Past-Due Accounts
If an account reaches two missed payments, the membership will be sent to collections, and additional collection fees may apply. We strongly encourage members to reach out to us before that happens—our team is always willing to help.
Returning to ŌVOX
If a membership is terminated and the member is sent to collections for non-payment, you are always welcome to return in the future. Please note:
– The account must first be brought back into good standing, and
– You would re-enroll under the current membership pricing at that time.
12-Month Membership Obligations
Our 12-month commitment memberships require all agreed monthly payments to be completed in full, as stated in the membership agreement. Early cancellation is not permitted, with no exceptions.
