Freeze Form
Freezing your membership is a great way to stay active and keep your current membership rate in place. If you are not planning on using your membership for more than 30 days (medical issue, gone for the summer, etc.), you can freeze your membership. The completed form can be uploaded and emailed by clicking here or emailed directly to us.

students with student ID can freeze from Jan-May, and again Sept-Dec with no fees by using our student freeze form. The completed form can be uploaded and emailed by clicking here or emailed directly to us.

Cancellation Form
We’re sorry to see you go! Please keep in mind if you cancel your membership, if you decide to return in the future you will pay an enrollment fee, our current price which may be different than the one you have been paying, and a maintenance fee. You always have the option to freeze your membership. To cancel a membership, cancellation forms must be filled out and emailed to us or mailed certified mail.
