Hello, I’m Erik!
I’ve been in and around sports my entire life. Growing up, I played mostly soccer and basketball, ultimately moving on to compete at the collegiate level as a Division III basketball player (Go Pacers!). Fitness was part of my routine…until it wasn’t.
After college, without the structure of a team or training schedule, I gained over 60 pounds. That experience completely changed my perspective. What started as a personal weight loss journey turned into a deep passion for health and fitness.
Over the past 8 years, I’ve immersed myself in the industry—learning from experienced professionals and applying everything firsthand. Through that process, I’ve developed a practical, and sustainable approach to fitness built on consistency, balance, and habits that fit into our everyday existence. The results have been an overall increase in quality of life.
