Hi everyone my name is Ryan. I am excited to be on the ŌVOX team.

Growing up I played various sports such as academy soccer, basketball, and baseball starting at the age of 6. After my time of playing sports came to an end, I quickly fell into fitness and the sport of powerlifting. While powerlifting I not only wanted to improve and challenge myself, but I also wanted to help others achieve their goal in fitness.  No matter what your goal is ie. general fitness, tighten & toning, improve strength and conditioning, or improve mobility issues, whatever you need we’ll work at it and improve.

My goal is to motivate you and make this something you will enjoy, while also improving and getting you to be your best.

I can’t wait to work with you!
