No Packages. No Pressure. Just Results.
At ŌVOX, we don’t sell packages of training sessions—because we believe every session should stand on its own. We like to say, “we’re only as good as our last session.”Our trainers earn your business every time you walk through the door. You’re never locked in and never pressured.
Consistency is key to achieving your fitness goals. If your schedule allows for regular training days and times, we recommend “locking a slot” with your trainer. This ensures your preferred time stays available and you remain on track with your program.
Cancelation Policy
Because we don’t lock members into packages, we keep scheduling flexible—but we also need to respect everyone’s time. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all training appointments. If you need to cancel a payable session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be billed unless the cancellation is due to a medical or family emergency.
This policy goes both ways: If your trainer needs to cancel your session with less than 24 hours’ notice (outside of a medical or family emergency), your next session will be complimentary. With short notice, your trainer may not be able to offer that time slot to another client.
For complimentary sessions: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, it can only be rescheduled as a payable session.
