Hi, I’m Sabrina! I’ve been a personal trainer for over 5 years, but my love for movement started way before that as a competitive gymnast. 

When I stepped away from gymnastics, I discovered my passion for lifting weights and honestly, that has changed my life. There’s nothing like the confidence that comes from feeling strong, and I want everyone I work with to experience that too.

For me, fitness isn’t just about how you look (even though that’s important too). It’s also about building mental strength, confidence, and proving to yourself that you can do hard things even on the days you don’t feel like it! Progress isn’t always perfect and that’s okay. We celebrate every win here.

Whether you’re ready to chase specific goals or just want to feel good in your own skin, I’ve got you. I’ll always push you, motivate you, and remind you that you’re stronger than you think, physically and mentally.

This goes beyond training for me, helping others unlock their potential is my purpose.

For over three years, I’ve been working out weekly with Sabrina. Why do I keep coming back? It’s because she’s the best at what she does. She can be the toughest of taskmasters, but she does it in a way that you don’t feel intimidated or insecure. She actually cares about your health and proper form to help prevent injuries. It says a lot that she has so many long term clients. She not only gets our bodies in the best shape but most importantly, gets our bodies in the best of health.
