Hi, I’m Kay!
I’m a personal trainer with a strong foundation in strength training and a decade of real-world experience as a law enforcement officer. For 10 years, I have served on the front lines, where physical readiness, mental resilience, and discipline are not optional; they are essential for survival and success.
I began exercising as a way to prepare for the police academy, but quickly learned it went far beyond that. Each workout I earned strength and confidence that carried into every aspect of life.
My training philosophy is built on the belief that true strength is multi-dimensional. Physical strength builds confidence and capability, while mental strength fuels consistency, resilience, and personal growth. In both law enforcement and the gym, I’ve learned that progress comes from showing up, doing the work, and pushing past perceived limits.
I specialize in training designed to build functional strength, improve performance, and develop a resilient mindset. Whether your goal is to gain muscle, increase strength, improve conditioning, or simply become more confident in the gym, I’m committed to helping you train with purpose and intensity while staying safe and sustainable.
